Yes. Please call our Provider Hotline at 1-855-776-6262 and let us know how long you think your office will be closed. Also, please call any MCNA members who have an appointment scheduled during this time period and reschedule them. Any answering service for your office should give information regarding this closure and tell how to seek emergency care.

Have the member call the MCNA Member Hotline and request to have you assigned as their Main Dental Home Provider. Please inform the member that they can switch back to their regular dentist once their office re-opens.
