Effective September 1, 2019, dentists holding level 2 – 4 anesthesia permits cannot administer sedation / anesthesia to patients younger than 13 years of age without an authorization to do so issued by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE). Once you complete the required courses please submit your course completion documentation to mcnacredentialing@mcna.net. Please use subject line “Texas Pediatric Sedation Authorization Course."
