A new version of the Texas Medicaid and CHIP Provider Manual is now available with an effective date of September 1, 2026. You will find a summary of the changes included in version 1.32 in the Revision History located at the back of the manual. We encourage you to download a copy of the new Texas Provider Manual today at https://manuals.mcna.net/texas.

MCNA would like to share with your office some important news about reimbursement rates for Texas Medicaid and CHIP dental services. A reimbursement change went into effect for dates of service on or after September 1, 2026. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more and see the full list of CDT codes affected.

MCNA's has updated our Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) and they are are now available for your office. Our approved CPGs can be downloaded from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal and from MCNA's website under Guides and Tools.

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has announced the transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform as the new entry point for accessing applications on tmhp.com effective June 12, 2026. Providers will receive an email from TMHP IAMOnline on June 8, 2026, that contains instructions for setting up their TMHP IAMOnline account. Please read the news release from TMHP to learn more about this transition.
