A new version of the Texas Medicaid and CHIP Provider Manual is now available. You will find a summary of the changes in the Revision History located at the back of the manual. We encourage you to download a copy of the new Texas Provider Manual today at https://manuals.mcna.net/texas.

MCNA would like to share important information about Texas Health Steps dental preventive benefit changes effective September 1, 2023. We encourage you to review our provider bulletin, which contains full information including CDT-specific changes.

MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be download from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal, or from MCNA's website.

As of June 27, 2023, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required to log in to your Provider Portal account. This step adds an extra layer of security and helps to prevent unauthorized access. Please read our FAQ and step-by-step guide to learn more.
